3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Poland.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

  • Shipping is free unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders, starting from the day you receive your product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in reasonable condition

  • You must contact us at nestuzokurendu8@gmx.net for return instructions

  • Returns are free of charge

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. Product Availability

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability
